Your First Visit

When attending your appointment, please ensure you bring the following:

• Valid Referral Letter from your GP or Another Specialist Doctor

• Private Health Insurance Information and Medicare card

• Blood Tests, Ultrasound, CT scan Reports, and any other relevant information

When cancelling your appointment:

Please call the office during business hours and allow at least 24 hours’ notice so that we can offer your appointment time to other patients on our waiting list.

We do recognize that your time is valuable and we make every effort to run on time. 

Emergency calls may cause scheduling delay beyond our control. We apologize if we keep you waiting.
